A flavorful and colorful combination of microgreens that pair well together. This basic salad mix contains Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi,  Arugula & Red Acre Cabbage.

Pairs best with salads, burgers, wraps, pizza, stew, rice, and curries. 

    Microgreens, or Micros, are young vegetable greens harvested just after the cotyledon, or "true" leaves have developed. They are often used as a nutrition supplement, a visual enhancement, and a flavor and texture enhancement.
