Avocado Toast With Microgreens And Egg

This healthy breakfast gets a boost from fresh microgreens on top of protein packed avocado toast and jammy egg.
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough
- 1 avocado, mashed
- egg, soft boiled
- salt and pepper, to taste
- fresh lemon juice, to taste
- microgreens, to top
- hot sauce, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Toast sourdough slices
- Spread with mashed avocado.
- Top with microgreens and soft boiled egg.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
