These Bok Choy (or Pak Choi) Microgreens offer a cabbage-like flavor with a crisp texture. This beautiful micro has white stems and green leaves, similar to the full-grown veggie.

Superfood!

These vibrant green, tender leaves encapsulate the earthy, crisp flavor I was looking for! This superfood features a wonderfully crunchy texture and a slightly sweet, nutty flavor. I have always been a fan of "regular Bok choy" for my stir-fries but now I can use these microgreens as a better source of vitamins C, A, and K!
